Course of Fire:

• Muzzle Discipline Drill:  We will discuss the various applications of how to manipulate a firearm and understand the various positions to work from (IE:  High ready, Low ready, Compressed)

• Cold Start Drills:  We will warm up on paper and static with a few cold start drills

• Red Dot Foundation:  We will cover familiarization while focusing on building upon the fundamentals of pistol shooting. 

• Moving and Shooting:  Covering movement, entrance and exits, forward, back, and side to side movement while engaging targets. 

• Understanding Reloads:  We will cover the emphasis of reloads and when to reload based on the training, competitive side, or real life scenarios and how to understand the difference. 

• Stress Induced Courses of Fire:  We will have various taped shapes on the ground and targets with distinct indicators from which we will be shooting various round counts and from various shooting positions as allowed indoors. 

• Physical Stress Induced:  We will incorporate striking pads, self defense techniques (Jab, Cross, Strikes) to then engage targets with elevated heart rates.

Day 2:  Rifle and Pistol Applications Under Stress

Day 2 will consist of the same base foundations for Day 1 to include using Rifle and Pistol together.  Depending on the students level of performance and capabilities, we will set up various courses of fire and use the rifle as primary for the Cognitive Thinking Under Stress
